## Your first project [#your-first-project]

  <Step>
    **Create the project**

    Select **New Project**, enter a **Display name**, and select **Create project**. Crucible creates the repository from the Agents template, sets up Auth and managed integrations, and starts a lite deployment and a starter workspace, all wired together. [Create a project](/create-a-project/) covers the options.

  <Step>
    **Build with the agent**

    When setup finishes, open **Starter Workspace** and tell the agent what you want. Auth, model access, environment variables, repository context, and a live preview are already in place.

  <Step>
    **Ship it**

    Select **Commit & Push** to push the workspace branch, then **Create PR** from the same menu. Merge the pull request into `main`, and the lite deployment picks up the change.

  <Step>
    **Share the link**

    The project is live. Its URL and status stay on the project's **Overview**, ready for users and future releases.
